The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with us.

As of March 2022, we use high-grade protective packaging for all orders. CDs and small items are sent in tearproof, bubble wrap-enforced and waterproof envelopes. Garments are sent in durable, tearproof and waterproof polythene mailer sacks.

Every order has a proof of postage receipt. You can request a copy of this at any time up to 30 days from your order date. You select your postage method at the online checkout. Postage service options are Royal Mail for United Kingdom, or International Parcelforce for USA, Europe and Rest of the World. Sometimes, a different postal carrier of the same high standard may be used if your country does not offer Parcelforce. All orders are sent at the Post Office in London, United Kingdom. We do not use independent courier companies. We do not offer signed and tracked postage, however a proof of postage receipt is always filed and available to you up to 40 days from your order date. We cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for Goods damaged or lost in shipment. Once we send your order, the order is in the care of your postal carrier and we cannot monitor this. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our business. The business is a small, independently-run business and all orders are created bespoke upon ordering. Each garment/accessory is made as a single order run in a UK-based merchandise factory, and therefore cannot be exchanged. Sizes and measurements are listed on each item’s description on the online shop. It is advisable to check these before you order. 

It takes roughly four working days (Monday - Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) for the merchandise factory to make a garment/accessory and send it to us. Once we receive it, we aim to send your order the next working day. CDs (including signed and kissed CDs) have a quicker turnaround (we aim to send these within one to two working days of your order) unless there are exceptional circumstances (for instance a very large quantity order). The time it takes for your order to arrive is also based on the carrier’s timeframe that you select in the shipping section of the online shop. If you are experiencing a delay on your order, we advise you to check the website of the postal carrier you selected (Royal Mail for UK or International Parcelforce for USA/Europe/Rest of World).

Your order may be declined if you enter your billing address incorrectly (for example an incorrect postal/ZIP code that does not match the one registered on the card). Please check carefully.
